I got "recognized" last month for my 5 years of service at Davis Hospital. I don't mean to sound ungrateful but my reward for "sticking around" for so long was $25. Yes, that's $5 for every year! Let's just say healthcare costs are not going up because its workers are well compensated... I am, however, very grateful to have a good job working with nice people and providing life-saving services. I do like what I do!

Ha ha that's pretty funny :) I remember when I worked there, they gave everyone $20 for Christmas, and I only worked there for like 3 months. Looks like they cut the costs! I think you deserve more though! I would say...a trip to the Bahamas or something. Oooh! Girl trip! Let's do it!!!
